I Ran Out Of Staples…..
It’s true, I did run out of staples! However, there’s some good news……

Two copies down, four to go! Talk to me if you want one, I can always print more.
News!
Hey!
Might as well let you know what is/will be going on in my life.
1. Ox-Bow. I was accepted to Ox-Bow, which is a prestigious summer art school on Lake Michigan. I’m gonna be there for the first week of July. Google it. It’s pretty cool!
2. U of M. I was accepted to yet another summer art school at da U of M in Ann Arbor. Gonna be there for the last(?) week of July. STOKED!
3. Musics. I’m in the process of writing music for an EP with Mr. Kalle Markkanen. We’re called The Aviator Duo (The Aviators?). I’m shooting for an indie-ish sound, influenced by folk, mellow, but still getting a bit of fuzz in wherever possible. Mr. Markkanen agrees. Fun!
4. Reading. I love Jack Kerouac!
5. Writing. I have MAJOR plans for writing more within the next year. Whether it’s poetry, slim accounts of hikes I’ve taken, lyrics, whatever…. It’ll be published here, under Tsar Printing Publications, but don’t expect stuff regularly. It’ll be released when it’s finished. Excited!
6. Religion. I’m into Buddhism. Meditation FTW! The Dalai Lama is my BFF!
Alright, that’s it for now.
Poems
Wow, it’s been FOREVER. Like….. Really. I should use this more often. Anyways, once i figure out how to get a PDF document up somewhere on the internets, there will be a downloadable version of my rather slim collection of poems I wrote in the last few hours. Stay tuned!
Love, Stu
Update: You can download it now! I know Mediafire looks kinda sketchy, but it’s actually totally fine. So go check it out and let me know what you think!
Well, it most certainly has been a while! Here’s a few photos of the guitar strap I just made. It’s made out of duct tape and a bumper sticker. The ends are reenforced with Gorilla Tape (STRONG stuff). If you want one, message me or whatever. Please specify the length you want! -Stu
A Couple Poems I Wrote Today (Probably in 2nd Hour Chem.)
My Fragile Existance
09-20-10
I didn’t think.
I didn’t connect the points,
drawing lines across my eyes,
because nothing connects
and I end up blinded
by the scribbles in the way of my vision.
I cannot write.
I cannot read or understand
the words I scratch onto paper,
because nothing connects
and I end up mislead,
confusing myself over and over again.
I will not have
anything to keep myself,
or my mind occupied
for about a week or so, maybe longer,
because I know
that everything dies someday.
Saturday, The Eighteenth.
09-20-10
Bored,
uninteresting,
unmotivated,
unhappy,
since Saturday.
Well, there you go guys. Please let me know what you think, I’m always always ALWAYS trying to improve my writing.
Also, just a side note, but those of you who know what happened over the weekend should be informed that I’m alright. The first day was a bit rough (to say the least), but I won’t talk about that here. This is an art blog!
I love you all!
-Tsar (Stu)
Ian MacKaye is awesome. Just sayin’.
I found this on The Cyborg Shows Cognition. Ian Mackaye is a total bad ass. My two favorite parts of this clip: 1.) He talks about humanity getting lost in bandwagons. 2.) The iced tea story at the end. So good!!!
Blah blah blah, I started playing music, blah blah blah, I rock so hard, blah blah blah………….
